Founded by Armin Reinhart and his son Mike Reinhart, Sonus Interiors® began as Sonus Acoustics, Inc., specializing in acoustical ceiling solutions for commercial buildings. Initially focused solely on ceiling construction, the company quickly recognized the need to adapt to market changes. In response to increasing demand for combined ceiling and flooring services, Sonus Interiors® expanded into flooring installation in 1995 under Mike Reinhart's sole ownership. This shift led to the rebranding as Sonus Interiors®, Inc. in 1996, reflecting the company's broader service offerings.
