The Second Year Housing building at St. Thomas was completed in summer 2020 and was granted Platinum Level certification under the version 4.0 LEED standards. A remarkable achievement for any building, but what makes this particularly incredible is this is one of only six buildings of this type to achieve Platinum certification in the world. Sonus completed the flooring using US made wood plank tiles and also created a natural stone fireplace.
